Rearrange an Album
Rearrange allows you to move items around within an album visually. You are presented with thumbnail images. First, go into the album you want to rearrange, then click on the Rearrange Items link in the left-hand navigation column.

In the Rearrange Album page, first click on the item you want to move. Then click on the item you want to place it in front of.

You can move a number of items this way. Then click on the Save button. To cancel all your changes, click on the Reset button.

Reorder an Album
Reorder allows you to move items around within an album using their titles. You are presented with dropdown boxes. First, go into the album you want to rearrange, then click on the Reorder Items link in the left-hand navigation column.

Select the title of the image you want to move from the first dropdown box. In the second dropdown box, select whether you want to put it before or after another item.

In the third dropdown box, select the item you’re putting your first item before (or after). Then click the Reorder button at the bottom.

Once the reorder is saved successfully, you can do another reorder within that album.
Sort an Album
You can sort an entire album at once in many ways, including by title and by date. Navigate into the album you want to sort, then click on the Edit Album link in the left-hand navigation column.

You will end up at the Album tab of the Edit Album window. At the top of this tabbed area, you will find “Sort order”. Select the data upon which you would like to sort from the first dropdown box.

In the second dropdown box, select Ascending (A->Z) or Descending (Z->A). If you want this sort to happen to all subfolders within this folder, click the “Apply to all subfolders” check box.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Save button to sort your album.
